Here's the recipe:
Place the dressing ingredients - OWOLOVO Apple-Blueberry-Beetroot Smoothie, wine vinegar and olive oil in a jar. Add salt and pepper to taste - a few pinches. Close the jar with the cap and mix the ingredients vigorously.
In a dry pan, roast the walnuts for a few minutes.
Cut the pears into larger cubes.
Cut the goat's cheese roulade into one-centimetre thick slices and fry in a heated grill pan on both sides - about a minute on each side.
Arrange the corn salad on the plates, place the pear pieces and grilled goat cheese slices on top. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with roasted nuts.
