Owolovo in saled with goat cheese

OWOLOVO smoothie in a salad with goat cheese and beetroot dressing? See how Tomasz Jakubiak makes it

Here's the recipe:

  • 100ml OWOLOVO Apple-Blueberry-Beetroot Smoothie
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • packet of corn salad or any salad mix
  • 200g goat cheese roll
  • 2 pears
  • handful of walnuts

Place the dressing ingredients - OWOLOVO Apple-Blueberry-Beetroot Smoothie, wine vinegar and olive oil in a jar. Add salt and pepper to taste - a few pinches. Close the jar with the cap and mix the ingredients vigorously.
In a dry pan, roast the walnuts for a few minutes.
Cut the pears into larger cubes.
Cut the goat's cheese roulade into one-centimetre thick slices and fry in a heated grill pan on both sides - about a minute on each side.
Arrange the corn salad on the plates, place the pear pieces and grilled goat cheese slices on top. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with roasted nuts.
