Chia Pudding with SOUR CHERRY OWOLOVO Fruit Mousse
Ingredients:
Method of preparation
Place the coconut milk (solid and liquid parts) in a tall pot. Pour in the chia seeds, add the sweetener and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
Set aside in the fridge for at least half an hour to allow the seeds to swell.
Spoon the finished pudding into jars or glasses, about 2/3 of the height.
Fill the remainder with fruit mousse, decorate with fresh fruit and mint leaves.
A healthy dessert, enjoy!
